Join Intake started as an internal solution for a busy US service business that was losing customers to voicemail. Today it's a full SaaS platform that any service business can use — with zero changes to their existing phone number.

The problem we lived.

A busy service business handles dozens of inbound calls every day — service requests, new inquiries, billing questions, appointments. Each call needs to be routed to the right person with the right information.

When the team is on the floor, on a call, or out on a service run, calls go to voicemail. Callers don't leave messages. They call a competitor. A $4,000 service contract is gone because nobody picked up on a Tuesday at 12:15 PM.

We built Join Intake to fix that — first for one business, then for any business that takes inbound calls. The AI answers every call, captures everything the team needs to follow up, and routes the caller to the right department or live person instantly.
